Our PhiRemoval product is based on glycolic acid. This ingredient features high penetration. When applied to the skin, it deeply penetrates surrounding tissues as well. For these reasons, there is no need to expose the skin to severe mechanical procedures by PMU machines or manual techniques because the product itself performs the work. We apply a staccato motion that is well known in music as master motion. This staccato motion perfectly opens the skin, thus avoiding damaging it. Having penetrated into the depositing skin layer, PhiRemoval liquefies it and pulls it up.
PhiRemoval is non-colour selective (applicable to all tattoo colours), efficient and reduces the risks of scarring. A minimum of 2-6 is needed for body tattoo removal with minimal scarring risk. The time required for the treatment depends upon the removal area. The treated area initially experiences erythema (redness), which gradually diminishes, leaving the skin perfectly normal. How does non-laser tattoo removal work?
Unlike harsh laser treatments, non-laser cosmetic tattoo removal is non-invasive and gentle on the skin, meaning the risk of scarring is significantly reduced. At Eva Mercedes, we use a glycolic acid-based patent product called PhiRemoval.
PhiRemoval is effective on body tattoos, permanent makeup, and even microblading. It works by penetrating the skin layers and liquifying the ink. A staccato motion is applied to the skin to help draw the pigment up and out, thus eliminating the need for invasive mechanical procedures.
Following treatment, the skin will form scabs and the pigment from the tattoo will become lighter as ink is expelled from the body during the healing process.
What equipment is used?
We use the same tools for tattoo removal and applying tattoos and micro-pigmentation. The method of application is also very similar.
Does it hurt?
Everyones threshold is different. A local anaesthetic is applied to the removal site before treatment begins and can be reapplied if you experience any discomfort. Non-laser tattoo removal treatments are the least painful method of tattoo removals available.
How long is a treatment session?
Length of treatment will vary depending on the size of the area being treated. However, a typical session usually lasts between 1-2 hours.
